• Conducted comprehensive surveys with visitors of commercial street to understand their objectives and experiences, which informed the need for the project.

• Identified the need for an intervention that could enhance user experience by leading them to their desired destinations efficiently, saving them time.

• Recognized the need for consistent, easy-to-find, and readable signage and navigation capabilities within the space.

• Developed various iterations for the project, including physical maps, informational boards, directional signage, pathway tagging, information murals, and color-coded markers.

• Created a diagrammatic representation of the area, information on how to navigate the place, a trail to follow with colors signifying a particular category, information stenciled at the entrance of each pathway, and product category to color map markers for identification.

• Successfully serialized a native's primitive knowledge into the application, making it more accessible to users and fine-tuning it to the needs of the location.
